I HAD A GOOD LIFE…
I JUST KNEW THERE WAS MORE.
A few years ago, I was looking ahead to the woman I wanted to become, and I realized something uncomfortable. Everything in my life looked good on paper. I had the corporate career, the promotions, a "good" relationship, and all the conventional markers of success, and I was genuinely grateful for them.
But gratitude and honesty can exist at the same time. The more honest I became with myself, the more I realized some things no longer felt aligned.
I think a lot of women know this feeling. You check the boxes. You build a good life. You become the woman everyone assumes has it figured out. And somewhere along the way, you start silencing the part of yourself that still wants more.
Wanting more can feel selfish. It can feel greedy. It can feel like you're overlooking all the good that's already in front of you. So you stop talking about it. You convince yourself you should just be happy. You keep doing all the right things, hoping the feeling will eventually go away.
What I've come to understand is this: there's a beautiful balance between deep gratitude for what's already in your hands and openness to everything else life and God have for you. Many of us have learned how to be grateful, and very few of us have learned how to receive. Gratitude says, "Thank you for what I have." Open hands say, "I'm thankful for what I have, and I'm still open to everything else life and God have for me."
That realization changed my life.
THE DAY I OPENED MY HANDS
Once I admitted that truth to myself, I couldn't ignore it anymore. I left my corporate career, ended my relationship, moved to another state, and started over. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made. It was also one of the best.
Over the years that followed, my life changed in ways I never could have planned. I met my divine partner. I built a business I genuinely love. I received an opportunity to live and work abroad. I released 30 pounds of excess weight. I called in friendships that felt like sisters. I created a life that feels slower, lighter, softer, and more intentional.
For a long time, I assumed those things happened because I finally found the right strategy. Looking back, I see something very different.
The biggest change wasn't my circumstances. It was the way I moved through life. I stopped expecting and protecting myself from disappointment. I stopped believing I had to earn every blessing through hustle and exhaustion. I stopped holding on so tightly to outcomes, and trying to control every detail. Little by little, I learned to live with open hands.
Trust me, this didn't happen because I just decided to think more positively. It happened because I changed the subconscious patterns that had been shaping my thoughts, emotions, decisions, and expectations for years. I taught my nervous system that it was safe to receive joy, love, opportunity, rest, abundance, and everything else I had been praying for. This is when life began to actually feel different.
And today, that's the work I share with other women. Because you can know exactly what to do and still find yourself repeating the same patterns if your subconscious is operating from an old story.
THIS IS YOUR INVITATION…
For nearly a decade, I've been helping women experience this same shift. As a Mindset and Subconscious Reprogramming Coach and Certified NLP and Hypnotherapy Practitioner, my work lives at the intersection of subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, faith, and mindset coaching.
I work with women who are self-aware, who know exactly what they need to do yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns in love, money, confidence, visibility, or business.
