Relaxed & Regulated is a live, remote group healing activation.

You'll log onto Zoom, cameras off, and Ashlee will facilitate a live healing activation for everyone in the session. No prior experience needed. No performance required. You just show up, receive, and leave feeling different than when you arrived.

This is not a workshop. It's not a coaching call. It's not a meditation you could find on YouTube. It's a live, facilitated experience designed to shift what's happening in your body and your subconscious.

Most approaches to nervous system regulation give you tools to manage your state in the moment. This goes deeper. Ashlee works somatically and subconsciously to address the patterns underneath the dysregulation, so your body doesn't just settle for an hour. It recalibrates. You don't need to be in a particular headspace to receive this. You just have to show up.

What you're able to receive — A dysregulated nervous system blocks abundance, love, and opportunity at the body level. No matter how much you visualize or affirm, if your system doesn't feel safe enough to receive, it will repel what you're calling in. Regulation opens that door.

Identity and self-concept — Regulation is the foundation of identity work. When your nervous system is stuck in survival, you can't fully step into who you're becoming. A regulated body is what makes a new version of yourself feel safe enough to actually embody.

Clarity and decision-making — When your nervous system isn't in overdrive, your thinking clears. You stop second-guessing and start trusting yourself again.

Emotional reactivity — The hair-trigger responses, the overreactions, the emotions that feel bigger than the situation. Regulation brings you back into your window of tolerance.

Sleep and physical tension — The body that won't wind down at night. The jaw, shoulders, and chest that are always holding. Physical tension is stored activation, and it releases when the system finally feels safe.

Relationships and connection — A dysregulated nervous system keeps you guarded, hypervigilant, or people-pleasing. Regulation allows you to be genuinely present with the people you love.

Ashlee works with the nervous system at both the somatic and subconscious level, which means the shifts you experience in session continue integrating in the days that follow. Most people feel a tangible difference before the hour is up.




INSIDE THE SESSION

What happens during our 40 minutes together…

Welcome and intention setting — We open together. You arrive in your own space, get settled, and set a personal intention for what you're releasing and what you're opening to receive.

Live healing activation — This is a fully guided experience. Ashlee walks you through a live somatic clearing in real time, directing your attention, your breath, and your body as the session unfolds. Stored tension, old survival patterns, and whatever you've been carrying all get an opportunity to move. You may feel warmth, emotion rising and releasing, or a deep physical ease you haven't felt in a while.

Regulation and recalibration — Once the clearing is complete, Ashlee guides your nervous system into a genuine state of safety and regulation. This isn't forced relaxation. It's a recalibration, your body learning that it's safe to settle, to open, and to be at ease.

Integration and close — Space to receive what came through, ground back into your body, and seal the healing. You'll leave feeling tangibly different, and the integration continues working in the days that follow.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Ashlee Hope is a Master Mindset and Subconscious Reprogramming Coach, certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner, and NLP Practitioner who has spent nearly a decade helping women move past the place where traditional mindset work stops producing results.

Her work sits at the intersection of subconscious reprogramming, mindset, and healing at the body level, because she knows that lasting transformation requires working at every level: the conscious mind, the subconscious, and what the body is holding. When you address all three, that's when the shift actually sticks.
